This house is in the Westhills neighborhood in between Newport Market and COCC, making it walking distance to downtown and many westside business's. It is a comfortably fully furnished house. There is a garage for storage of bikes, skis etc but not for parking a car. It has a great backyard and deck. Pictures coming soon. We are happy to show the house or do a video call walk through if you are out of town. This house is available as a short term rental from roughly September to February. There is some flexibility in the rental dates. If it is for a shorter time frame than 4 months than the monthly rate will increase to $3500 a month. The rent includes all utilities and wifi.
