The home is being rented fully furnished for $1,500/month plus all utilities (electric/water/sewer/cable/internet). All amenities of the community (pool, tennis courts, walking trails, playground) are included in the rent. Trash collection is also included. We've owned this home since 2005 and have used it for personal use and as a vacation rental property since then.
