We are just 35 mins from Townsend. This home is convenient to all area hospitals. We are Airbnb Super hosts and do rent on multiple platforms, so availability will be limited. Our home is sized for family & friends with a covered patio, hot tub, grill,fire pit. 3 bedrooms (2K,1Q) and a bath are upstairs PLUS we have a downstairs great room with beds for 4-6 (2T, 1F, Q sleeper), an additional kitchenette, 2nd full bath, arcade games, foosball, board games, and a small reading nook. Amenities and Entertainment: We hope to spoil you just a little with weekly light housekeeping and linen changes. We will take care of hot tub maintenance, trash pickup, and bathroom cleaning. We will provide a starter supply of our homemade lavender oatmeal soap, coffee, and paper products. We provide high end bedding, Eddie Bauer blankets, and high thread count cotton sheets. Relax with a game of foosball, enjoy the 2 person arcade, go outside and enjoy your favorite TV show while relaxing in the hot tub. Or, stay in and play board games by the 2 electric fireplaces. We provide Xfinity streaming for local channels, in addition to Philo streaming service. Feel free to bring passwords and log in to your Netflix or other personal streaming accounts. Main Level: If you enter our home through the front door, you can turn right to find 3 private bedrooms, each with desks and smart TVs. We have new memory foam mattresses and your choice of feather or foam pillows. The shared bath has just been remodeled and features a heated towel rack, a starter supply of peppermint/tea tree bath products, and plenty of fluffy towels. To the left of the front door, is a fully equipped kitchen with most everything you might need to cook a full meal, including a professional blender and kitchenaid mixer. Straight back from the front door is our living/dining area, with a wall of glass and views of the deck and backyard. It is not unusual to see deer grazing in the backyard. We invite you to step outside the double sliding glass doors to the partially covered outdoor living space where you can enjoy a new hot tub, smart TV, gas fire pit and grill, with a table for outdoor dining. Inside, there is an electric fireplace, strong wifi, and a large TV. Downstairs: In our walkout lower level, you will find a great room that could almost be an efficiency apartment! This level does not have a door that separates it from the upper floor, so parents don't need to worry about feeling disconnected from kids who want to hang out downstairs. You will enjoy having extra refrigerator space and a second stove and microwave in the downstairs kitchenette. In the great room, we have a pull out queen sofa and our unique stacked beds with a full bed and 2 twin beds that pull out from underneath, so no sleeping in a cramped bunk bed under someone else. Enjoy hundreds of arcade games, watch a movie on the large smart TV, or play a game of foosball by the electric fireplace. A woodland animal theme reading/toy nook under the stairs is a fun place to play a new game or read a book. A second bath is on this level, beautifully remodeled with live edge wood countertop and a luxurious walk in rainfall shower. This level has windows and a sliding glass door that leads to a patio with a porch swing and hammock chairs. Our cottage has around 1700 sf. We can comfortably sleep 8 adults with parking for 3 cars in front and another in back. Everything is included, utilities, internet, lawn care, weekly hot tub maintenance along with weekly linen change/light housekeeping. Minimum stay of 3 days, based on current published daily rates with tax and cleaning fee, up to monthly rentals are accepted, depending on availability. Payment is due at time of booking. Bookings are fully refundable for 24 hours if reserved more than 7 days prior to check in. If booked within 7 days of check in, and after the 24 hour grace period (for bookings more than 7 days out), a 30 day notice is required with dates beyond 30 days fully refundable. When you book, we block our calendar and make our home unavailable for other potential visitors. For this reason, dates cancelled less than 30 days out can not be refunded. A rental contract and photo ID will be required prior to booking.
