You can't beat the location! The room has its own bathroom and two closets. The apartments also has its own washer, dryer, and all modern appliances. The apartment is located in a very pet friendly area, especially dogs. It has the largest balcony in the building ( I currently have two tables and a BBQ out there and still have PLENTY of room), the balcony is amazing. The balcony is at least three times the size of the one shown in the floor plan. The rent includes two secured parking spots and a bike room. It could be available as soon as November 9 or later.
