I'm looking for someone who wants to get on the lease with me! I've placed the deposit ($2500) and they're holding it for 3 days. In my free time I like to: - Watch sports (big basketball & football fan) - Fish - Workout - Skate - Hike - Run - Go out and enjoy SD I'd like to get someone in there who's down to be friends, hangout and wants to enjoy a fun living atmosphere together. I don't mind people over, or guests staying the night. You're an adult and you pay rent, no need for all the time limits, but everyone knows when someone overstays their welcome. I'm hoping I can find someone who's down to get on this amazing place with me. I would take the bigger room at $1500, you'd pay $1450. It comes with two tandem parking spots. Owner pays everything but electric, so we'd basically just spit internet (and cable if you're down) and electric. Let me know, I'm hoping to meet some people tomorrow and Thursday.
