Rent per person is $385/mo plus utilities, which are about $50 (per person). Utilities include electricity (electric, water, garbage), and gas. There is a free shuttle that runs monday-friday and campus is only about 1 mile away! The entire house is spacious and each bedroom has a huge walk in closet. Amenities include: stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, garage, deck, washer, and dryer. We are also pet friendly!
