I am looking for a great match for this sweet home and our sweet community and neighborhood - maybe we are meant for each other :-) Benefits include: The rooms are huge! * The living room is really big (12' x 22') * The kitchen/dinning room area is really big too (25' x 18') * The downstairs bedroom is 15'x14' Bedrooms * The downstairs bedroom has 5 large, 6ft tall windows with plenty of room for a Queen sized bed and a small desk or a King sized bed. * AND a large built in closet with lots and lots of shelves and room for plenty of hanging clothes! (Check out the photos!) * There are two good sized upstairs bedrooms; one is 15' x 14' and one is 10' x 20'. * The upstairs bedrooms are nicely separated by the staircase and a bathroom * There are 2 bathrooms; A smaller 3/4 bathrrom upstairs at the top of the stairs A really big, full bathroom is downstairs, next to the downstairs bedroom. The downstairs full bathroom also has a laundry room with washer and dryer. * The double lot has a big yard (with a sprinkler system) and is fully fenced so your kids and pets can play outside while you sit on the porch and watch them run around, play in the sprinklers. * The yard has boasts some of the oldest trees in Roseburg; huge 135-140 year old elm trees. And I employ a licensed arborist to trim and care for them, so you can enjoy the bonus of a lot of shade in the warmer summer months. This house can be rented UNfurnished OR Fully or partially FURNISHED; (Please refer to photos) * The furnishings available include: * Living and dining room and den furniture, * All large and small applicances including a washer and dryer * Everything you'll need including all bedding, linens, towels, stainless steel pots and pans, glassware, dishes, silverware, etc. * There is one beautiful Sleigh-styled Queen-sized bed in the downstairs bedroom * A really nice adjustable full-size bed is in one of the upstairs bedrooms. * The other upstairs bedroom is currently set up as a living room/den/bonus room. IMPORTANT note to all families with children - The stairwell has an older railing that is is NOT baby & toddler-safe AND there is a large floor to ceilng window in one of the rooms that does not have any outside ledge at all - so that if a child were to fall out of that window from the second story, it could be fatal. So for safety and integrity sake, we cannot rent to those with younger children. Community details; Most of the neighbors are long time residents. They are sweet and friendly and the neighborhood is quiet. This house is built on a double lot and on the back side of the property, nearest to the alley, there is a * 525 sq ft studio (1539 SE Mill St.) is rented out to a sweet couple. * 500 sq ft cottage (1527 SE Mill St.) rented to a long time friend (available 8/1) The cottage and studio have their own entrance from the alley and they parking in the back of the property and the cottage has its own fenced yard. Each dwelling has their own spaces, and all our tenants are respectful to each other, so it always works out so nicely. Tenants pay for all utilities; power, gas, water, sewer, trash, pest control and wifi The care and maintenance of the yard associated with the main house is the responsibility of the tenant.
