    We are renting the spacious master bedroom located on the main floor of our two-story home. The room measures in at approximately 11x18 feet. My husband and I live upstairs. You will have your own private French-door entrance, your own full cozy bathroom (4x7 ft) and a spacious walk-in closet (5x7 ft). There isn't a kitchen but a hotplate or microwave can be utilized for the space. Our home has central heating and the bamboo floors and ceiling fan help keep the first floor cool. The room was recently painted. The sun rises over this section of our home so it receives plenty of natural lighting. Rent will be $1150/month for 1 tenant or $1250/month for 2 tenants. We are located just blocks away from major bus lines including the 71 and 76, blocks away from laundromats, several markets, within minutes of the San Pablo Casino and many shopping plazas. First month's rent and security deposit due at signing. We are conducting background checks through mysmartmove for serious inquiries. That fee is paid directly to mysmartmove, is not refundable and required for each tenant. Absolutely no smoking or loud parties. Maximum of 2 tenants. No exceptions. Rent will be $1150 for 1 tenant $1250 for 2.
