Tenant would have private room with a large loft space (ideal for a bed, couch, or desk) as well as a shared Jack-and-jill bathroom with one other roommate. Common spaces include a deck, open living room/kitchen with washer in unit and dryer downstairs. We are looking for a young person with reliable income for a 6-month lease from December 1st through May 31st. Option to renew the lease likely in May. No additional dogs please! Parking is free. All utilities (gas, electric, water, internet, trash, etc) included in rent!
