It is very solidly built with excellent materials. We added a bedroom and also have a family room. Remodeled master bathroom with marble and granite. The rooms are very large. It also has a cozy little office. We just completely remodeled the kitchen, one full bath, and one half bath (2018). I am adding central air conditioning this summer. We have a lap pool and hot tub.
