The lease is good through January 2021, and it is about $700 under market rates for the building with these terms and $250 under market rates for a year term. If you choose to renew, our rent increase last year was around 3%. This is a great chance to lock in a low-rate in Shaw and not deal with the summer move-in renewals. The apartment is available July 1 (there is flexibility). There is a $50 per person application fee, $500 assignment fee. There is an option to include a storage unit in the parking garage, which is $50 additional per month.
