I do not have pictures but I have the website from Pulte homes with all the details if you are interested including virtual tour. Google Pulte Homes hunters run and look for "Boardwalk" on the webpage (sorry Zillow wont let me paste the link) Owner is only responsible for HOA fees, all the utilities are paid by the tenant.
