I have a single bedroom for rent in the upscale, highly desirable Shadowridge neighborhood. You will be sharing the bathroom with (1) other roommate. Featuring a private park, community pool and hot tub. Fully furnished and looking for a responsible working adult and or full time college student. No pets allowed, and rental rate will include all utilities and high speed internet, access to the community pool and hot tub. You will be able to park a car in the driveway. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place to live, this is it. Upgraded washer and dryer included for use and cooking in the kitchen is allowed. You will have a mini fridge in your room and access to the microwave in the kitchen. No guests or no overnight guests allowed at all as this is a family home. Lease will be for a minimum of 1 month, up to a year. At lease signing a non-refundable fee of $500 will be due (this will apply to the first month rent) to secure the room. At move in, the remaining first month's rent will be due ($800), as well as a refundable security deposit that is equal to 1 month's rent. A non-refundable cleaning fee of $150 will also be charged. Must pass a background and credit check that includes income verification with a minimum of 3x the rent monthly income. Smoking is not allowed within the property or close to entrances or windows where smoke will blow inside the property. No pets of any kind are allowed. 1 parking spot will be assigned in the driveway (street parking is not allowed by the HOA). No overnight guests are allowed and no parties or gatherings.
