I purchased this when I was a student 10 years ago, but I am possibly moving out of state and would rather sell than keep it. There are about 50+ units, but this is the only one I own. Inspections are done once a year through the association so everything has been up to code and units are currently occupied by students in yearly leases. Originally, I was interested in purchasing other units, but these get snagged so quickly when put up for sale and rarely do they go up for sale. You won't find a better rental property that can give you the monthly income that this does.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
