A beautiful home in a very safe and friendly neighborhood. We are a minute or two away from all that you could need, whether that be groceries, great food options, gyms, a park, and playgrounds. This property is right next to the West Haven pool and clubhouse, which would be available to you to use. A great elementary school is directly across the street, a thirty second walk. A fire station is about a 2 minute drive from the home. The neighbors are great and typically include young families and retired or near retiring couples. We (the homeowners) have not felt safer than they do in this home. The home is great for families. The first floor is open and has typically been the main gathering area. It includes an open design kitchen, a dining room, mud room, utility room, master bedroom, and a spacious living room. The upstairs includes multiple bedrooms, two full baths, and a large open entertainment room. The basement has a bar area, a guest bedroom with full bath downstairs, a pool table, and fireplace. The basement is protected by double sump-pump coverage. The house has plenty of smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. There is a fenced in backyard to keep pets and kids in, and a fun kids' playset in place. We may be open to leaving a couple items in the home, but we would just have to talk about that and see what the renter prefers! Since the pictures posted in this ad, we have updated the front dining room. We also have changed some walls, light fixtures, curtain rods, and bedroom colors, etc. The house is in great shape! We would hope to have a targeted move in date of May/June 2025. We would be very willing to give a free month of rent for an 18 or 24 month signed contract. - The owners will be paying for HOA fees and taxes. - The renters would be paying for all of the typical utilities, and we would try to transition utilities to the renter's name at the time of move-in. - Optimally, an 18 month to 24 month contract would be great, but we very much understand that a 1 year contract is often more typical for renters.
