With COVID-19 we are going to make this easy for the tenant that is moving out and for the people that would like to look at the house and fill out an application. We will have an open house on Wednesday Oct. 21st from 6:30-7:30. If you are interested this may be the only opportunity to look at it because of COVID. We don not accept section 8 at this time. We have a house that is remodeled from top to bottom. Super nice house with new HVAC and appliances. Completely remodeled bathroom ( the tub is NOT blue, it's a covering that is peeled off after install) and kitchen. Every room repainted with new ceiling fans and doors. All new flooring and windows. Washer and dryer hook ups. Very quiet neighborhood. We do not accept Section 8 at this time. The pictures were taken while in the process of remodeling so they will have our tools and stuff in the pictures. The bathroom does not have a blue tub, it was a new tub with the plastic coating to protect it. 1 year lease
