WiFi is included. The main living area is spacious and allows for a variety of layout designs. There is a laundry area in the basement. Although it doesn't go with this unit, arrangements for use can be discussed. There is also some indoor storage space available in the basement. Stepping out the back door you will find a deck which leads into a large, fenced in back yard. A section of the yard contains planting beds that we intend to remove. However, they can be left if the tenant wishes to have them. This is a 12 month Lease. Application is through Zillow and there may be an Application Fee. This fee will be refunded after 3 months of Rental with on time payments.
