We will not be offering individual tours. We check rental history, proof of employment, credit history, criminal background and sex offender registry. Owner will pay for garbage collection services. Renter will be responsible for gas, electric, water and any other services. No pets preferred, but dogs will be considered for additional deposit and rent. Tenant is responsible for lawn care and snow removal. We do not accept housing vouchers.
