A door in the kitchen leads to the basement, which has the unit's 3 1/2 year old washer and dryer , and ample storage space. No other tenant has access to the basement. The basement also has an outside entrance, making storage of bicycles easy. The basement is dry and clean. There is off-street paved parking for 1 car per apt., and 1 overflow space. Parking is also available on the street. The apt has 2 entrances, 1 in the rear next to the parking area, the other inside the front entrance. Outside of the rear entrance is a seating area for the apt with 2 chairs, landscaped with perennial flowers. The front porch is a nice place to sit and relax. The heat is gas/hot water radiator. Tenants pay for gas, electric, cable/internet. Landlord pays for water, sewer, trash, lawn care. Landlord has owned the property since 2006, and lives nearby. Showings begin 4/18/26. The apt could be ready to move in by 4/22. $100 off of 1st month's rent for move-in by May 15. $1500/month. There have been no pets in the apt, but a cat or small dog will be permitted. Rt 309, restaurants, Arcadia University, Keswick Theater, post office, library, PLCB State store are all close by. Check this apt out! 1 year lease followed by month-to-month. Tenant pays gas, electric, cable/internet. Landlord pays water, sewer, lawn care, trash. Nonsmoking building. A small dog or 1-2 cats permitted; tenant pays the equivalent of 1/2 month's rent as a Pet Deposit.
