Neighborhood Description property is very peaceful;not in downtown Natalia but across the expressway in the Great Oaks Subdivision;rural living but right next to IH35 and only a 30 mile drive(approx.20-25 minutes) into downtown San Antonio;HEB,Bill Miller BBQ,Subway,McDonald's,Super S Grocery,Pizza Inn,Dairy Queen,feed store,Dr.'s offcs.all within 5 miles;fire hydrants installed,neighborhood watch in place,community center,and heli-pad in case air-lift by Airlife is needed;have never in 15yrs.had any problem w/neighbors or vandals;felt very safe letting my children grow up in this area;great deal for someone!!
