Be sure to check it out, and you need to call Holly for an appointment. She will also give you a tour of the community if you like. The gate code is 000 Monday through Friday except for 12 to 1 PM. This is a senior community and you must qualify to live here by showing your income is twice the rent which is just under $800.00. You also need a credit score of 700 or better. This is not Indian lease but a privately owned park that collects space rent. This community is very pretty and definitely full of fun.
