Enter through Unit B's door and you will ascend one more flight of stairs. At the top of the stairs to the left you can't miss the peacock colored living room which features loads of comfortable custom seating, a large TV, decorative fireplace, and an antique chess table with seating for two. The room is filled with artwork and object d' art making it both cozy and charming. Just beyond the living room is the modern kitchen which features stainless steel appliances, gorgeous countertops, open glass shelving, and plenty of cabinet space. Stand at the kitchen sink and you will enjoy views of the courtyard below and rooftops in the distance! There is a pantry just off of the kitchen for your convenience. The first of the three bedrooms is at the back of the apartment and has access to the small balcony which boasts beautiful sunsets. This room features a comfortable queen size bed, closet, and plenty of natural light! The other two bedrooms are at the front of the apartment with views of King Street. One of these rooms features a queen size bed, and the other a king and a decorative fireplace. Both have closet space as well! The full bathroom closest to these two rooms features a double vanity with marble countertop, beautiful tile shower, and a skylight to let in loads of natural light! The other full bathroom also features a marble top vanity, tile shower, and has a full size washer/dryer with additional storage space. One off street parking space is included with this unit and is located about one block away! For more space, consider renting this apartment along with Unit BB, which is located on the second floor! *Please note this property is currently listed for sale. It is possible there will be real estate showings during your stay. No pets allowed. In addition to the security deposit of one full month's rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $425 upon signing the lease agreement. * Please note that any bookings less than 90 days are subject to the City of Charleston's 10% accommodations tax. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times.
