At the top of the stairs to the left you can't miss the peacock colored living room which features loads of comfortable custom seating, a large TV, decorative fireplace, and an antique chess table with seating for two. The room is filled with artwork and object d' art making it both cozy and charming. Just beyond the living room is the modern kitchen which features stainless steel appliances, gorgeous countertops, open glass shelving, and plenty of cabinet space. Stand at the kitchen sink and you will enjoy views of the courtyard below and rooftops in the distance! There is a pantry just off of the kitchen for your convenience. The first of the three bedrooms is at the back of the apartment and has access to the small balcony which boasts beautiful sunsets. This room features a comfortable queen size bed, closet, and plenty of natural light! The other two bedrooms are at the front of the apartment with views of King Street. One of these rooms features a queen size bed, and the other a king and a decorative fireplace. Both have closet space as well! The full bathroom closest to these two rooms features a double vanity with marble countertop, beautiful tile shower, and a skylight to let in loads of natural light! The other full bathroom also features a marble top vanity, tile shower, and has a full size washer/dryer with additional storage space. One off street parking space is included with this unit and is located about one block away! All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times.
