This is a new three-level, two-bedroom townhouse with a one-car garage located in a great part of town. You will be close to downtown and midtown, full of fun activities for the family and great nightlife. The Townhouse is only one mile from Miller Park and South side Park, both great places to spend an afternoon or get some exercise. This space is chic with modern appeal. It is a nice townhouse layout with three floors. The one-car garage is on the first floor, along with the entryway. The next level is where the kitchen, dining room, half bath, and living room are located. The third floor is bedrooms as well as two full private bathrooms. The Master bedroom has a king-size bed, and the other bedroom has a queen-size. We will give you an entry code that we change between each guest. We live about 5 minutes away, so we are here if you need anything at all during your stay. My wife and I manage this listing for the homeowner. Ryder and April manage this Airborne for the homeowner. They will be available for guests via the Airborne app and phone or texts with personal phone numbers throughout your stay. We have our cleaner, Colleen, for backup. This townhouse shares walls with others which means that it is important to respect others by keeping the noise level down. We do not allow parties or gatherings in the home. There is only room for one car in the garage and street parking is limited so please only bring 2 cars.
