The apartment faces south on to 72nd so gets lots of natural light all day. The living room is large and has nice French double doors leading to the bedroom. There are two closets - one pretty standard and the other is about 4 feet deep so great for storage. Bedroom has room for a queen bed, double dresser and small nightstand Kitchen is separate and has a full size fridge, stove and microwave. Lots of cabinet space. Bathroom is newly renovated. 1 small pet allowed. There's an additional deposit required for a pet over 20lbs. Super is very responsive and helpful. Must sign a 12 month lease. The management company will require a 1 month security deposit and a small credit check fee. NO brokers fee. Must have good credit and make 40x monthly rent.
