The well-landscaped grounds, brick architecture, and coach lanterns are reminiscent of a simpler time in life. Although the outside is colonial, step inside the door and you are immediately struck by our stainless-steel appliances, updated kitchens with new counter-tops and cabinetry, and new hardwood flooring and ceramic tile throughout. The bathrooms are also updated, featuring extra-deep soaking tubs and new fixtures. In addition to the apartments and townhomes themselves, our amenities also set us apart from the competition. We have a 24-hour state-of-the-art fitness center, a large pool and sundeck, as well as a community clubhouse. We host monthly resident socials in our clubhouse which allow neighbors to get to know each other and establish a real sense of community. We also have a leash-less dog park on site, and we connect to the Noland trail from the property as well.We have a neighborhood watch meetings which we host. In summary, Jamestown has no equal regardless of what you're comparing, from interiors to amenities.
