    This is a quiet building. This is a non smoking/no pets unit. The bedroom is large and the apartment has a space for an office! The furniture in the photos is not included. I am happy to provide references from prior tenants. Included are: Central AC, Stove, DW and refrigerator Hurricane window and hurricane patio door was installed. This is a safety feature and it makes the unit very quiet. Parking is available. Laundry is available in the building. The building does not have a gym, pool, etc. Applications are required. Credit will be checked. You can easily obtain your credit score via the internet. Please send your credit score with your first contact. A minimum of 700 is required. When contacting for a showing, please tell me a little bit about yourself, i.e. are you new to Miami, etc. And, I am happy to talk to you about the unit. Send me an email and the best times to call you. This is a quiet building. I mention this as this is a positive for some people. This is a full disclosure statement. This is a small, quiet, building. I lived in this unit for a few years and was extremely happy how respectful everyone was in the building. I would prefer a two year lease. I will consider a one year lease. Credit, references will all be checked. If rent is paid in advance of the due date, the first of the month, a discount of $ 25 will be applied. The current tenants move out on October 15th. We will be showing the unit next week. We will be cleaning the unit, etc. and the unit will be ready sometime between the 20 and the end of the month. Tenant pays electric, internet and is required to carry renters insurance. (About 12/14 dollars per month) Due at signing is first month and two months security.
