This is a quiet building. This is a non smoking/no pets unit. The bedroom is large and the apartment has a space for an office! The furniture in the photos is not included. I am happy to provide references from prior tenants. Included are: Central AC, Stove, DW and refrigerator Hurricane window and hurricane patio door was installed. This is a safety feature and it makes the unit very quiet. Parking is available. Laundry is available in the building. The building does not have a gym, pool, etc. Applications are required. Credit will be checked. You can easily obtain your credit score via the internet. Please send your credit score with your first contact. A minimum of 700 is required. We will be showing the unit next week. We will be cleaning the unit, etc. and the unit will be ready sometime between the 20 and the end of the month.
