Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Feel at home in this apartment. Please, no additional guests other than the ones staying, unless arranged otherwise. Violating this will result in a $200 charge per person per day. Any excessive cleaning required is $50 per hour. Tampering with security equipment is grounds for immediate cancellation of the booking. Loss of key will be a $100 replacement. Only dogs are allowed, and bringing another animal after violating the house rules will result in being asked to leave the premises and possibly fined $200. There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking, vaping, or drug use, and violating this will result in a $500 fine. No parties are allowed, and having a party will result in being asked to leave with no refund. If there are any noise complaints or the police are called, you could be asked to leave with no refund. Late checkouts can be arranged when available, but will be an additional $100 fee and must be requested 24-48 hours in advance. A $150 charge applies to guests still on the property after checkout time to respect proper cleaning time for arrival of next guests. The cleaning crew will enter the home at 11 AM to clean. Anyone still in the house two hours after checkout will then pay that day's base rate (without discounts, this does not grant you access to the property for the day.) If another guest must be refunded due to you staying in the property, you will reimburse for any refunds given. Note that any damage resulting in blocking days off in the calendar will result in you paying the days rate for however many days it took to restore the property. No crypto mining is allowed on premises, and if it is found that this is happening, you will be asked to leave and no refund will be issued. Be respectful of the neighbors, as this is a family-friendly neighborhood.
