Hello, my property is currently occupied with a tenant until last day of April and with the Covid-19 still being an issue I cannot do any tours at this time. I've added a number of pictures and property will be professionally cleaned. I realize that this may not be ideal, however to assure my current tenants safety and yours along with following the Oregon laws as a landlord. To make sure everything is completed and turned over for the next renters it will be ready to lease by May 7th. 2021. If that's date works for your plans to move I would be able to arrange a walk through on 4th-5th of May and all interested parties should apply on Zillow and able to secure property at that time.
