To qualify you need $2000 a month income for houses from $500 to $650 per month. Houses $675 and up need $2400 income. Your deposit will generally be equal to ONE MONTH RENT UNLESS YOU HAVE AN EVICTION, THEN IT WILL BE $1200. BANKRUPTCIES WILL ALSO REQUIRE UP TO $2000 OR MORE DEPOSIT. If you admit to a bankruptcy or eviction, there is no application fee. If you say you do not have a bankruptcy or eviction then there is a $30 application fee that we use to look for bankruptcy and evictions only. Other forms of bad credit are ok. WE DO NOT ACCEPT SECTION 8. MIFA OR OTHER GOVERNMENT ASSISTANCE WILL BE A $2000 DEPOSIT. It usually takes only 2 to 24 hours to give approval! We can do applications by email and text.
