This is actually a 2 bedroom house, but one bedroom is closed off with my personal stuff in it, so I am renting it out as a one bedroom home. Beautiful quiet peaceful and very private location on a hill looking down on golf course. Over 55 gated community. Located in The Country Club Hills Historic District of Orange Blossom Gardens in The Villages near Water Tower Circle, just minutes from Spanish Springs Town Square - where there are restaurants and shops and there is music and entertainment every night from 5-9 pm. The wonderful private wooden deck in the backyard on a hill overlooks the Country Club Hills Golf Course - (photos in the listing shows the view of the golf course off the deck). Great location and view on one of the only taller hills in The Villages - so there is never any fear of flooding or of getting hit by a golf ball on the back deck or back windows! There is a Large TV in the living room, but if you want internet or cable, etc. you would have to get that yourself, a hotspot should work, has a firestick. Fully furnished house including pots and pans, dishes, coffeemaker, household items, vacuum, some small tools, etc - there is no dishwasher. Your bedroom is lightly furnished with a queen bed and shelves, desk and desk chair and large closet (see the 2 photos of the bedroom). The street is very quiet and is not a busy thoroughfare. The only people who drive on it are the mainly the people who live there. Most everything you need is within 5 or 10 minutes away: Publix, Lowes, Aldi's, Gas, Ace Hardware, BJ's, Restaurants, Laundromat (there is no washer dryer here), Banks, Walmart, Winn-Dixie, The Dollar Store, The Town Square and much more. If you have a golf cart, you can also get to these same places within 5-10 minutes on the golf cart paths. Our Golf Cart could be available for an extra charge. Flexible on the move-in time. Would prefer at least a 6 month commitment. This rental is for 1 person only. No smoking and no pets. $1200 plus electricity and deposit. Water and Garbage are included in the rent. The Villages is an adult over 55 gated community.
