The unit is also right next to the Metro Expo Line (opening on 5/20), which travels straight to downtown. Available for 6/16 move-in. Hardwood floors, dishwasher and patio, with great light and open floor plan. The master bedroom has an in-suite bathroom, and all bedrooms have large, mirrored closets. The unit is on the ground floor for maximum convenience, with laundry in the building. Current tenants interested in selling current furniture, so possibility to move-in partially furnished (including a highly discounted A/C unit that easily cools the entire living room and kitchen). Unit has 1 in-building parking spot, but there is ample permit-only street parking available in the neighborhood, so comfortably parking three cars has never been an issue. Wish we could stay, but unfortunately moving back to the east coast for job purposes!
