Additional parking is available on the street and in a small parking lot right next to the building. The location is a quick walk down to the beach and there are stunning trails directly out the back door. The nearest grocery store and all the amazing food of the Richmond is only a 5-minute drive away. The Presidio-Go shuttle (which is free for Presidio residents) picks up right on the corner and the 29 bus stop is a few blocks away. The application fee is $46 per adult. All applicants must meet the Presidio Trust's standard residential screening criteria. This includes, in part, a credit check, criminal background check, verification of income and assets, and verification of past residences. The move-in deposit is equal to one month's rent. Pets are welcome with an additional deposit. This is a lease takeover - current lease ends November 26th, 2026 and can be resigned with the Presidio after that. Up to two pets total.
