Neighbors take an interest in each other's families (including pets), home improvements, schools. People walk a lot in this neighborhood and most of them come by this house on the way to the park. Maple park is a great place to watch 4th of July fireworks if you don't want to fight traffic to get a few blocks closer. We have an annual 5k race and a block party.
