Having grown up in this neighborhood and living there for many years, I feel I have a pretty good idea about this neighborhood. It is a very quiet neighborhood with many homeowners that have lived there for 20, 30 & 40 years or more. Many of the residence have chosen to move back to their childhood home and have bought their homes from their parents so they can raise their children.
