As tenant, you have access to all the Tahoe Donner amenities. We will be taking applications beginning July 15. Tenant will pay for all utilities including snow removal. Owner will pay for garbage. First month rent and security deposit. After one year, can continue on month-to-month basis. Must follow all Tahoe Donner Association rules and regulations including quiet times, no street parking, no loose dogs, no fires during fire season, etc.
