This spacious townhouse duplex includes three bedrooms, one and a half baths including a bath tub, and a large shared back yard. Washer, dryer, and extra living/storage space are in the basement. Kitchen has plenty of space to work and an adjacent dining area. All of our rental units are kept in very good condition, so we are looking for responsible tenants who will take good care of the house. Yard maintenance is the joint responsibility of both units, so we allow the tenants to work that out between themselves. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis and monthly pet rent may apply. We run financial and criminal background checks on applicants to ensure the safety and security of our tenants; for that, we charge a $35 application fee that is credited to the first month of rent if the application is accepted.
