Our cozy apartment is the complete first level of our house with its own private entrance. A set of stairs is leading down from the street level of our roughly 1000square ft apartment. The entire house is nestled into a beautiful, natural landscape with a water feature & forest access. The apartment is very cozy with lots of natural light from big windows and glass sliding doors which lead directly to the back yard and the forest. The kitchen includes a microwave/ toaster oven, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, gas stove, 2 stainless steel sink, all dishes, pot, pans, dinking glasses and more. A beautiful dining table set, made from sturdy wood w 4 matching chairs is set next to the small kitchen island. The entire kitchen has a granite countertop and high quality, wooden cabinets. In the dark & quiet bedroom is 1queen bed, a night stand with lamp, 2 large dressers, a big closet for hangers and a small vanity dresser with a wall mirror. We also store an ironing board and the iron inside the closet. The living room has a 2 seat and a 3 seat couch, a small coffee table, decorative gas fireplace with mantle, a book shelf and a wall mount for a TV. The kitchen, dinning area and living room are one open space with several doors and windows. The entire long side is facing the back yard and forest behind the house. The bath room has a double sink with a granite counter top, a shower and full tub with glass sliding doors. The shower/ tub & floor are tiles. We are a family of 3 and live above the unit with our dog Clover. We are social and like to engage with our tenants when appropriate however we do respect their privacy and honor quiet time in our house from 9pm - 6am. We pay close attention to the needs of our renters and try to find solutions in a timely manner. As long experienced landlords we appreciate clear & detailed communication & prefer an honest and friendly relationship. We love long walks with Clover, attending to the garden and enjoy an active lifestyle in general. A few of our favorites activities are hiking, biking, running, paddle boarding, swimming, Pilates, areal silks & winter sports. It takes about 3 minutes to get to the pipeline trail which accesses hundreds of miles of hiking and biking trails, 5 minutes to Flagstaff down town, hospital is 5 min away, NAU also 10 min.
