Quiet spot. No noise in apartment. Can sleep soundly. Extremely safe and great neighborhood and people in building. Looking to rent to someone who is looking for a long-term lease or place to live. If you want a safe, quaint, community feel; this is the place for you. I am very happy with my apartment and building, but I am moving away from the area. Owner pays for water. Renter pays for electricity and internet. No smoking allowed. First month's rent and security deposit due at signing. Pet friendly building. No parking spot with apartment, but there are spots available for rent from other owners in the building AND/OR there is a very nearby parking building that affordable and reliable (located at the intersection of Bush & Polk street).
