Looking for someone qualified: $35 application fee per adult Credit report must have less than $2,000 in collections (we don't count student loans or medical bills). We don't look at credit score. Income needs to be 3x the rental amount. No evictions or Landlord/Tenant judgments in the past 5 years. No forcible entries (bailiff had to come) ever. 24 hours after approval you need to put $875 down as a holding fee. Once you're a tenant that becomes your security deposit.
