We are able to even paint your room any color that you would like. $575/month includes rent and all utilities: electricity, gas, renter's insurance, laundry and internet. I will also supply the toilet paper and paper towels. We do not have cable at this time but could add it if you would like for a bit extra $ per month. Sorry, no cats. There is plenty of storage space and the lower neighbors are great. Easy parking is available on the street. The price includes use of all of the shared furniture and appliances (kitchenaid, keurig,etc ). There is a window air conditioner available for use in your bedroom and there is even a balcony with patio table and gas grill! Different lease terms can be worked out from 3, 6, 9 month options.The location is perfect and very safe: 0.6 miles from Buff State, 1 mile from Canisius College, and walking distance from all the Elmwood restaurants and shops!
