It's just a 15 minute walk to North Campus and about 20-25 minutes to the medical school. You'll look out from your back porch into a large backyard full of trees and green grass. The Home The home has 3 spacious bedrooms, each with their own private full bathroom. Tenants share an updated kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, dining table, and chairs. We'll be providing regular cleaning of the kitchen, so no need to worry about a potentially messy roommate. There's also a free in-unit washer/dryer! It comes fully stocked with pots and pans, dishes, silverware, and toaster oven. The Bedrooms There are three spacious bedrooms, each similarly sized. They come with a bed, nightstand, dresser, desk, chair, and lamp. You'll be leasing a single bedroom on an individual lease. We take great pride in our roommate matching, and are always happy to offer the option to accept and reject potential housemates. The Terms Suites are available on a 12-month leases starting any time between July 1 and August 1, 2016. You'll rent a single suite on an individual lease.
