This house has undergone an entire remodel in 2015. It shows like a model home. One of the best things about this house is the pool, one of the few on this block. The 40 year warranty gives you an idea of the durability of the hardwood, it rates 5 out of 5 on the hardness scale. All bedrooms have been repainted within the past six months and 5 inch baseboard has been installed throughout the house. Maintenance wise to the house has been the owners pet project, if it looks like it needed replaced it was. The pool equipment has all been replaced with the exception of the filter container. This included the pool pump, control box, PVC piping and cell. The roof was just pressure washed and all damaged tiles were repaired/replaced by a roofing company, the air conditioning system was just replaced in late 2014 inside unit and out with a 10 year warranty.
