The bathroom downstairs includes a hot tub. We are not on a major street, so traffic is quiet, but we are one block from several major bus lines, the Provo library, and within a short walk of downtown Provo. The basement apartment is also very dependable for income. We rented it for over five years with zero vacancy rates. Current rental rates (2012) are around $650 to $700 for a similar size/quality unit.
