It is a farmhouse style home. I picked out two house plans and had an architect combine the two. It has a 3/4 wrap around front porch with two ceilings fans outside. The laundry room is upstairs. The master bedroom is on one side of the upstairs. Neighborhood Description It is a very quiet neighborhood with a nice mix of older couples and younnger couples with children ranging from newborn to teen. A new elementary and middle school is being built 1 mile down the road. We have no crime problems. We do have a homeowners association that is currently being managed by an outside company.
