OUR OPINION: This huge two bedroom loft is located in unique pre-war building in Williamsburg. The bedrooms are large enough to fit queen size beds, and includes large windows. The open format living-dining room is enormous, defined by high ceiling, exposed brick painted white, exposed piping, and a beautiful loft feel. You will have plenty of room for living room and dining set ups...and then some. The bathroom is spacious and has an original claw foot tub. From the living room and bathroom tenants have great views of the Williamsburg Bridge, part of midtown, and also the world trade center. Heat and hot water are included and pets are welcome. The building is just two blocks from the Lorimer L and Metropolitan G subway stations. Commuting to Manhattan and around Brooklyn couldn't be easier. Enjoy your neighborhood for great spots like Le Barricou, The West Brooklyn, and Barcade.
