The Summit at Rexburg Apartments is Almost Ready to Welcome You Home! We are excited to share that The Summit at Rexburg, our newest affordable housing community in Rexburg, Idaho, is nearly ready to welcome residents. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Idaho Housing and Finance Association for the opportunity to develop this much-needed LIHTC community. We are honored to bring quality, affordable housing to the Rexburg area. Move-ins are still scheduled to begin August 1. Our team is putting the finishing touches on the property to ensure every apartment is ready for our newest residents. Because we want everything to be just right, our Grand Opening celebration has been delayed slightly. We will announce the new date as soon as it is finalized. We are also excited to share that only a few apartment homes remain available. If you have been considering The Summit at Rexburg, now is the time to apply before these final homes are leased.
