This is a large home with a lot of potential. The good: It's currently 4 bedroom and 2 bath with a family room, storage areas galore(or secret rooms) and a small nook upstairs and 2 bedrooms a good sized living room, small kitchen, dining room and laundry room downstairs. Or the house can be made into 2 separate apartments. We were starting a remodel but were not able to finish as we moved out of state. The upstairs bathroom is tiled and there are hardwood floors through the entire home. It also has a decent yard with a shed. Nice neighbors and close to good schools as well. The not so good: It needs tlc. As we weren't able to finish the remodel it needs a new kitchen installed, 3 windows downstairs repaired(our tenants were not nice to our house), and the floors stained and polished downstairs. This home does have a lot of potential for someone not afraid to put in some work and it's in the kind of neighborhood that people have lived in for decades instead of a lot of turnover. Finish the remodel and sell it for twice the purchase price. I'll even throw in the floor sander we purchased so that you won;t have to rent one.
