Hello, My name is Carson Draper, I am currently looking for someone to take over my lease at The Retreat. It is a student based apartment complex. I currently have 3 roommates. There are four bedrooms in my unit with 4 1/2 bathrooms. Each person have their own bedroom and bathroom with their own electronic key to their specific room. The only thing shared in the complex is the kitchen, living area, the 1/2 bathroom downstairs, and the washing machine and dryer that is in unit. My specific unit is limited to guys only to take over the lease because it is guys only at my specific unit.
