I may be flexible for a small dog, but some screen damage caused by the previous tenant's cat makes me reluctant to allow any cats. The previous tenant lived here for over 10 years however. The HOA fee, which includes water, is paid by the landlord. The electricity is of course paid by the tenant. This condo complex is all electric.
