The location of Rosebay Falls is excellent, being approximately halfway between I-5 to the west and El Camino Real to the east, with substantial shopping close by. Rosebay Drive, and the Rosebay Falls condominiums are quiet and peaceful and a great place to live. There is no odor of smoking in this home and the lease will disallow smoking. I may be flexible for a small dog, but some screen damage caused by the previous tenant's cat makes me reluctant to allow any cats. The previous tenant lived here for over 10 years however. The HOA fee, which includes water, is paid by the landlord. The electricity is of course paid by the tenant. This condo complex is all electric.
