Security Deposit & Move-In Fees Total Deposit: The security deposit is equal to one month's rent, due in full upon lease signing. Non-Refundable Fee: A $250 non-refundable Lease Initiation/Administrative Fee will be retained from the total deposit to cover the costs of document preparation, unit inspection, and administrative overhead. Refundable Portion: The remainder of the deposit is refundable, subject to the condition of the premises and the terms of the Utah Fit Premises Act. 6. Occupancy & Maintenance Occupancy Limits: Occupancy is limited to a maximum of [X] persons, in strict accordance with Provo City zoning ordinances regarding "unrelated individuals."
